For this payment method, your order remains in "standby" mode after its registration, until the deposit is confirmed. Your order is bound for three working days. If no deposit is made within this period, it is automatically canceled.

3. CREDIT CARD 

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

For credit card payments, we give you the option of choosing interest-free installments, as long as your card is supported by the interest-free installment plan. The possibility of installments is supported only through the physical store.

Specifically:

4 installments for purchases 100 € - 300 €

8 installments for purchases 301 € -600 €

10 installments for purchases over 600 €

After filling in the card number, a relevant option will appear for the number of installments you want.

4. PayPal (temporarily unavailable)

Finally, you can choose PayPal as your payment method. PayPal is an online money transfer service used worldwide for secure Internet transactions. The recipient receives only the money and not card numbers. Each user can create a PayPal account by entering only one email, which will then be used for all online transactions.

Product Delivery Policy 

Orders & Product Delivery

The products available for sale through OHMYGOD have the characteristics described in each product (price, sizes, colors, designs, etc.), which are true. The prices listed on the website are in euros, and include VAT 24%, except for shipping and cash on delivery costs, which are added before the order is completed.

The order of the products is made by completing and sending the special order form that appears in the online store when creating an order. The order is considered received if the consumer receives relevant information for acceptance of the order on his screen and via email, which will record all the details of the order, such as the product, cost and payment method. Upon receipt of the relevant information, the order is considered binding.

The completion of the sale of OHMYGOD goods is subject to their availability at the time of the order. In case of non-availability of the ordered products, the company informs you accordingly and does not accept the order.

In case of any change in relation to the order, the company will contact you with the details you have entered during your registration or your entry into the website.

Once the order is completed and the goods are ready for delivery, the consumer will receive a relevant notification via email for the completion of his order and its receipt according to the way he has chosen when submitting the order.

Charges

Shipping costs are calculated each time depending on the order of the consumer, who is informed at the completion of the relevant order. (The following prices are suitable for orders up to 2 kg. For orders with a higher weight there will probably be different charges.)

FOR GREECE

Delivery time ranges from 1-3 working days.

Shipping costs are 4 € for all of Greece.

Shipping costs are FREE for all of Greece over 50 €.

Cash on delivery service is NOT supported for Greece.

FOR CYPRUS 

Delivery time ranges from 5-10 working days.

Shipping costs for Cyprus are € 15.00.

Cash on delivery service is NOT supported for Cyprus.

FREE shipping costs for Cyprus with orders over € 100.

Return / Cancellation Policy

PRODUCT CHANGES

If you wish to change the product you bought - and only in case the product has not been used - you should send us an e-mail at Info@rdcollection.gr or call us or call (+30) 2310 284 902 within 4 days from the date of receipt.

For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return with his charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

By General Post. In this case, the customer undertakes to send us the respective product at our own expense exclusively by General Post. If we receive it and find that it is in excellent condition, we will send the new product with cash on delivery and a charge of € 3.50.

In case of company error in sending the product or defective product, shipping costs are borne by the company. If you receive a defective product, please let us know immediately.

Money return 

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must submit a Return Request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of receipt. approval of the Request. Once the return is made and it is determined that the product has not been used, you will be refunded.

The products and the packaging must be in excellent condition and must be accompanied by all the accompanying documents: Retail receipt or invoice and all the accompanying documents, such as labels, etc.

Refunds are made on the purchase price of the products, within 14 calendar days.
